This folder has selected results from the moving window simulation in 2D. (Units for unlabeled items will be standard EPOCH SI units (e.g. V/m for electric field or 1/m3 for number density)
The parameters are the same as the original simulation with three major exceptions (and a few minor ones):
A moving window was used, the window starts moving at 40fs and moves at c in the positive x direction for 800 fs
The box edges were changed from CPML to simple_outflow due to incompatibility with moving windows
I have changed the maximum density of the gold wire from 3000 nc to 800 nc . This was to aid comparison to the 3D simulation which cannot be run at a resolution high enough to manage that density without numerical instabilities.
